All Guitars come with a '24' Hour Approval Period from the time they are delivered. All Amps, Effects and Keyboards sales are Final. All Amplifier Purchases made by credit card must have the same shipping and billing address.

Orders will ship only after payment is received in FULL. For guitars and basses, we offer Allied Express and Startrack shipping anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $155 aud. No 'Overseas Shipping*' except to New Zealand ( Or by arrangement ) same conditions as above but at flat rate of $650 aud. * Or by arrangement only. Amplifiers and Keyboards we do not ship in general. What we suggest is that you contact Pack & Send packing services directly and deal with them. We will deliver to Pack & Send for you at no cost. For Amplifiers and Keyboard all sales are final and any difficulties that you may encounter with shipping shall be between you and your assigned shipper not Rics Vintage Guitars. Orders placed during Monday to Fridays shall in general be packed within 48 hr's and shipping shall take place when either shipper picks up.
