1984 GIBSON EXPLORER WHITE
JUST ARRIVED: THE IS A ONE OWNER GIBSON 1984 EXPLORER
Here's a pretty cool Vintage Gibson Explorer from 1984, this one features the Kahler trem. system, these are super cool and are easy to use, you just need to watch a couple of video's on how they work.
Now the guitar itself is almost pristine and just has a couple of scratches etc, the pickups are the dirty fingers which scream play me..!
The guitar also has no pickguard as this model did not come with that, also the 3 way selector and the tone/volume controls are in the desirable alternate layout, knobs are gibson speed knobs.
Fretboard is rosewood, dot inlays, original tuners and the action is pretty low as well, so nice.
If memory serves me well James Hetfield also has one of these, not quite sure if he has the kahler version but that doesnt matter, you know this is one super cool metal guitar plus it's 1984, 40 years in the making.
The case is original and the original kahler is in the case as are the original studs, this one currently has a new kahler as the original one had worn out.
Overall, this is a beautiful original Explorer from a desriable era.
