Fantastic sounding vintage Japan made acoustic from Yamaha! This is one of the now sought after Nippon Gakki Red Label Yamaha acoustics. I'm estimating it is from around 1971, though the serial has faded so much I can no longer read it.

Guitar is far from perfect, unfortunately there are some thin cracks in the bridge in between bridge pins. I actually had the guitar for quite a while before noticing, it does not seem to affect playability. Neck is straight and truss rod moves in both directions. Frets do have wear but play very well. Lots of scratches, scuffs, and dings throughout, Action is a bit high for my taste, I do see a small bit of concaving on the top as with many guitars of this era (nothing crazy) and I would imagine that is contributing. Still plays and sounds great despite these issues! Priced accordingly of course.

Includes a beat up hard case, which doesn't have a handle. It does protect the guitar very well. Also includes the pictured strap.
