2021 Stephens Design Corona NOS Vintage Wire aged

For sale are a set of Dave Stephens Design Corona Vintage Wire (NOS) pickups. These are aged. From my understanding, these pickups are no longer offered since he cannot access Corona Wire. The original owner sold Dave his vintage wire, and the Corona wire was some wire he provided to Dave. Dave made these pickups to show his appreciation for the wire he was provided. These are not a specific model. They were built and given to the original owner as a "Thank You" since the owner is one of SD's suppliers for vintage wire. SD offered to build him “something special,” and these were the end product.

This wire came out of the Corona factory, which no longer exists. These pickups are sold as vintage wire pickups by Dave. What is there to say other than Dave Stephens is considered one of the best boutique pickup builders in the world. These are his rendition of the Vintage PAF.

It takes a significant amount of time for you to receive your order from Dave. Some people have waited for 2 to 3+ years after ordering their set. These will allow you to cut the wait time. I am sure whoever purchases these vintage wire SDs will be happy.
