Custom Bruce Sexauer Asymmetrical guitar with Scarce Pernambuco back and sides and Master Grade German Spruce top. OO size with cutaway, rounded very comfortable neck, spar varnish, action is perfect for finger style or pick, has a McIntyre passive pickup that sounds very natural and is removable if that is your preference.
This guitar is very interesting as I am normally a traditional vintage guitarist- it sneaks up on you with its haunting overtones and crispness. Plays very easily up the scale due to its asymmetrical build , fan fret (25.4" bass- 24.9"), bridge location. Extremely difficult to find a Pernambuco wood guitar!!! The trees are not large diameter and take years to grow. Quality Hiscox case that fits perfectly.
