The Paul Reed Smith SE Custom 24 Semi-Hollow Piezo is a highly sophisticated and incredibly versatile instrument. A unique take on the original Custom 24 design, this semi-hollow version adds natural resonance and vibrant, organic tone. It features a flamed maple veneer on a mahogany body with a shallow violin carve and a single F-hole for semi-hollowbody depth in every note. The maple neck has a Wide Thin shape and hosts a rosewood fingerboard, with binding that matches the headstock, and PRS bird inlays.
The humbuckers in this model are PRS 85/15 S pickups, which can be tapped via the push/pull tone control for more sounds. The addition of the L.R. Baggs/PRS Piezo system brings even more versatility, with two discrete volume controls (magnetics and piezo) and dual output jacks. On top of that wide range of sonic power, you have the PRS Patented tremolo and PRS-designed tuners, as well as unique lampshade knobs.
