There is a scuff mark at the joint of the head pipe. It is hard to believe that it is over 40 years old and in good condition.All tampos, felts, and corks have been replaced and overhauled.

This is a late model of the standard model of the Muramatsu all-silver flute, which was produced from 1975 to 1980. The pitch of the earlier model was A=440Hz, butThe pitch of the earlier model was A=440Hz, but it was changed to 442Hz and a new scale was adopted.The warm and austere sound, which is strongly influenced by the German flute of the time when Muramatsu Flute was founded, has a different charm from the current Muramatsu.
