Martin's 12-fret 000 was their largest catalogued model from around 1901 to the advent of their dreadnaught, around 1932. The model was then forgotten for the next 30 or so years until interest was rekindled in the '60s as we began to better appreciate the vintage Martins and a few of this model were custom ordered, around a dozen, and they just might be the best sounding Martins of the period. This one has one difference from the traditional model in that it is short scale. The braces have been scalloped, which is contributing to its huge tone. All parts are original and an undersaddle pickup has been installed.
Our "Cash price" policy: unfortunately, the credit card companies support "swiped" charges in which the card is physically run through the card reader. Phone-in charges are charged at a much higher rate (to the seller) which can take quite a big chunk out of a high-dollar sale. Thus, for those call-in sales, let's discuss the issue at the time; hopefully, we can figure some way to deal with it.
