1970's King trumpet, the fantastic light weight model, Golden Flair.

King B♭Trumpet, golden flared. 125mm two-piece yellow brass single-piece bell. Reversed main tuning tube. 462" valve bore. Piston button and valve top cap aluminum. Silver plated finish. Instrument weight 947 grams, made in 1977. Comes with genuine single hard case.
[Condition.]
Dent at the base of the bell has been corrected (no disassembly/repair marks remain). Very small shallow dents on the rear curve of the bell. The plating on the edge of the piston button has peeled off. Other than a few small scratches and minor scuffs, the instrument is in beautiful condition with no dents, repairs, or damage to the plating. The inside of the tube has been cleaned and replaced with a soft one, and all parts have been serviced and inspected.

Golden Flare is a lightweight model that King produced in the early 1970s. Conte Candoli, a leading West Coast jazz trumpet player, was active at the time,Pete Kandori and the Kandori Brothers, two of the West Coast's leading jazz trumpet players at the time, were involved in the supervision of this model.
