This Les Paul Standard is a traditional model with a maple top and heavy one-piece mahogany back. The neck is a 60's style thin 1-piece mahogany neck that is easy to play. The neck joint is a set neck construction, and the image of the guitar sounding as a whole with a sense of unity is the essence of the Gibson sound. The tight, high-quality mahogany body provides a colorful resonance, rich midrange, and solid bass.
