Gibson Les Paul Spotlight Special 1983
Sometimes with these beautifully crafted guitars, the playability unfortunately isn't as excellent. This guitar gives you the best of both worlds however with a great playing neck, nice low action and a set of great hum-bucking pickups. There's definitely some clear signs of playing and wear, but fret life is excellent for its age. This one is a little bit more of a chunky guitar at 10 pounds and 7.4 ounces, but if you don't play standing up (or your not yet worried about back problems) this one is an excellent candidate. This guitar was produced in very limited quantities (this one is #79 out of 211), so these are pretty rare and hard to come by. Pick this one up before it's gone!
