2018 Gibson Les Paul Classic P-90 Black

Excellent condition featuring single cutaway mahogany body, single bound maple top, two P-90 pickups with black plastic pickup covers, two volume controls and two tone controls with black plastic speed knobs, three way pickup selector switch with black plastic selector ring and black plastic switch tip, stop tailpiece and wired ABR-1 bridge with six individual steel saddles and two height adjusting thumb wheels, single ply black plastic elevated pickguard with metal mounting bracket, set mahogany neck, bound rosewood fingerboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, Gibson open book peghead shape, black peghead face with pearl Gibson logo and gold Les Paul Model signature logo, multi-ply black and white plastic bell shaped truss rod cover with Classic engraving, Grover Rotomatic tuning machines, serial number, year made and Made In USA impressed into the back of the peghead, single ply black plastic electronics and switch cavity cover plates, two metal strap buttons, nickel plated metal hardware, gloss black finish and original Gibson hard shell case with brown Tolex outer covering and red plush interior. This guitar weighs 9lb 4oz.

This 2018 Gibson Les Paul Classic P-90 model is in excellent cosmetic condition showing very few signs of play wear throughout. This instrument is extremely tidy and appears to have been well cared for. There are some light swirls and such on the back of the body which are difficult to photograph, but these are just the extremely minor signs of a guitar being "used" and there are no impressions, indentations or "belt buckle wear." There is one small ding on the back top corner of the headstock (see photos). The original plastic film and sticker are still on the pickguard. This Les Paul has a slim but not quite 60s neck profile with nice pronounced shoulders and a 1 11/16” nut width. This neck feels great and is very comfortable to play. The frets on this guitar are in new condition and don’t show any wear or indentation. This Gibson has received a professional set up and it plays excellent up and down the fingerboard with low action, no buzzing and great intonation. The Gibson P-90 pickups are very balanced and sound righteous in all three positions. This instrument can get down right nasty with an overdriven amp but it also cleans up really well. This Classic is housed in its original Gibson hard shell case. If you are looking for a killer P-90 Les Paul, then this one is top notch.
