1966 Gibson J-200 acoustic guitar, made in USA, ser. no. 4xxxx8; Body: sunburst finish maple back and sides, lacquer checking, finish blemishes and general wear; Top: natural spruce, refinished in natural with lacquer refinishing also over the bridge; Neck: good, lacquer checking and other minor wear; Fretboard: rosewood, lacquered, wear spots to lacquer; Frets: worn; Electrics: later fitted Dean Markley under-saddle pickup wired through end pin; Hardware: generally good, typical loss to gold plating; Case: contemporary Hiscox hard case; Weight: 2.70kg; Overall condition: good for age
