First model. 1962 Gibson ES-120T, full acoustic with unique pickguard.
The ES-120T was a full-acoustic instrument made only between 1962 and 1971. 1962 is the first model with a 17-degree head angle. One-piece mahogany neck with a thin, less tapered body. It is equipped with a large raised pickguard, and all controls are mounted on the pickguard. The pickup is a single pickup used on the Melody Maker. The pickup sound mounted on the front position has a warm sound, and the raw sound of the box also has beautiful and expansive highs in the treble range. Despite its full acoustic construction, it also features a thin symbol body that is easy to hold. This vintage full acoustic guitar has a beautiful and soothing sound that is useful when you want to play guitar in your room without an amp.
