This is the "1959 Les Paul Heavy Aged 60th Anniversary" model, which was produced as a special limited edition to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Junsei Guitars.
Based on the "1959 Les Paul 60th Anniversary VOS" model, which was made to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the original 1959 Les Paul, this model was custom-ordered (M2M=Made to measure) by Junsei Guitars, using specially selected woods.
It is equipped with Custombucker-S pickups with reduced output, and coil tapping is available by pushing/pulling the tone knob.
The headstock logo shape, silkscreen color, fingerboard inlay material, vintage taper pots, and bumblebee type oil capacitors have been changed from the previous year, as on the regular 60th Anniversary model.
Fret wear is minimal, and there are no problems with the neck or truss rod.
An anniversary switchplate, special design certificate, and Junsei order certificate are included.
