2014 Master Builder 1971 Stratocaster Relic by Jason Smith
This is a "1971 Stratocaster Relic" model built by master builder Jason Smith.
The one-piece maple fingerboard and four-point neck joint were adopted as transitional specs, and the weather checks and dents by relic processing have been boldly reproduced to create a special look.
The well-proportioned quarter-sawn maple neck is a slightly thicker C-shape, and the pickups are Josefina Campos hand-wiring grey bobbin pickups.
A ground wiring has been added in the cavity.
The guitar is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use, with very little fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
