Fender Custom Shop 2022 1962 Jaguar Journeyman Relic
This is a "1962 Jaguar Journeyman Relic" model of which the Custom Shop built a relatively small number.
This is a reproduction of the '62 model with the traditional logo, dot position markers, and slab laminated fingerboard specs, and the overall weather checks and tiny paint chips have been reproduced by the relic process.
The neck shape is a slightly thicker "62 Jaguar" C-shape , the fingerboard radius is 9.5R with narrow tall frets.
The pickups are Custom Shop '62 Jaguar, and the controls are master volume, master tone, on/off and low cut switch for each pickup and preset sound switch, volume and tone for the neck pickup.
All capacitors have been replaced, and the bridge has been changed from an RSD to a regular spiral saddle type. (The original RSD bridge is missing, but the mute mechanism is included).
There is almost no fret wear, and there are no problems with the neck or truss rod.
