Fender Custom Shop 2024 1959 Custom Telecaster Relic MN
The ‘1959 Custom Telecaster Relic’ model with double body binding.
Based on the 1959 Custom Telecaster, which was the first Telecaster with body binding, this model features an ash body and maple neck.
The back of the neck has been stripped for a “Heavy Relic” finish.
The neck is a slightly thicker 1959 ‘D’ shape, with a 9.5R fingerboard radius and narrow tall type frets.
It is equipped with hand-wound ‘Texas Special’ pickups signed ‘MB’.
The neck and rod are in good condition with only minor wear on the frets in the low position.
