In Good condition with normal wear for an instrument of this age, including scratches, dings, nicks, and natural aging of parts and finish. Lots of cracks in top layer of the body but none are open. There is binding separation/breakage at both sides of the waist (see photo below). The pickguard binding also has some significant separation. See below for more details and specifications.
