1990s Deering Goodtime Excellent Condition w/SSC
Other than a little wear on the head, this Goodtime looks close to unplayed. The neck is perfectly straight and there is no real wear on the frets. It weighs just under four pounds which makes it a perfect playtime banjo. I tightened the head and the co-rod to original specs, so the action and playability are right on. The resonator size chipboard case has been adapted nicely to accommodate this open back banjo.
I'm dating this banjo to the 90s because of the "Gumby" headstock, built back when Deering wasn't cranking these out in so great of numbers as now.
